RELAXATION BREATHES

I get placed in a comfortable position, and get ready to relax me.
I make a space traveled for my body, I take conscience of him/it..... to settle down..... seat the neck.....

Visualize like an inside sea fill of a blue azure liquid, with each respiration the surf produces to him and this liquid scrolls to him of the abdomen to the legs..... of the legs to the abdomen..... abdomen to the legs..... of the legs to the abdomen....., rhythmic.....with a cycle that it repeats oneself one and again.....abdomen to the legs..... of the legs to the abdomen..... abdomen to the legs..... of the legs to the abdomen.....
For a few moment I observe the respiration, I keep the image of a blue azure sea inside and it seat all my body invaded for that more warm and relaxing, blue azure... that goes and comes for my inside.
I take conscience of this state and save it in my memory, I take conscience of this state of physical calm, of emotional tranquillity, of mental serenity and.....
.....Prepare to give up the financial year....keeping all the conscious or irresponsible benefits that contributes me......we count slowly 1..... 2 ..... 3...... it open and close the hands slowly taking conscience of the small jointses of the fingers.......I take air with but intensity.....carrying out a deep respiration....... and it opens one's eyes....keeping the state of relax and calm that it book credit achieved with the present financial year of relaxation.
